The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in article 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.09.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, as amended – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, as well as seed and harvesting of Christmas trees, to be carried out in the area of Busznica and Nowinka forestry in the Szczebra Forest District in 2023. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. These contracts will consist in the repetition of services compatible with the services covered by this contract and services similar to them in terms of the technological aspect of their performance. The material scope of these services shall not exceed 50 % of the value of this contract.
