Tenders for the following consultancy assignment:

H005 – Progress co-ordinator (henceforth referred to as Fremko).

Fremko shall i.a.:

— become part of Statbygg's project organisation,

— prepare main plans,

— quality assure the turnkey contractors' plans for all project phases,

— follow up TE's progress,

— coordinate, plan and follow up the interface between the turnkey contractors,

— have a good conduct and be able to present an extended certificate of good conduct.

The assignment will require that Fremko is at all times available at the building site whilst the construction work is in progress.

The contract will be paid in accordance with specified and approved man-hour rates.

Expected start of contract is February 2018. The project is expected to be completed by July 2019. The expected employment fraction is 100 % in 2018. After this the fraction will be reduced to 60 %. The tenderer must be flexible in relation to periods with heavy work load.

The work place will mainly be at the construction sites for Mandal prison and Froland prison in Agder, as well as some meeting activities in Kristiansand and in Statsbygg's premises in Oslo.
