The order includes:

— to perform the analysis of functional and non-functional requirements (pre-way analysis) and design the system architecture and develop the concept of the system,

— Delivery, installation and configuration of the software

— software implementation,

- Delivery, installation and configuration of hardware: servers (2 pcs), UPS to server, NAS, UTM device, barcode reader and label printer, computer sets (27 pcs), document scanner (1 pc), tablets (28 pcs. ),

- data migration to the system from existing IT systems and databases used by the Employer, if necessary,

— digitisation of spatial information resources,

- granting the Purchaser a license to use the works described in the contract,

— granting a guarantee on the subject of the contract.

Due to the limited number of characters, the full description of the item of the order is specified in Section IV of the Specification of the Terms of Order (hereinafter SWZ)

For a detailed description of the item of the order, see Annex 1 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority shall require the transfer of intellectual property rights or the granting of licences to the extent and on the terms described in the temple/draft agreement constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ. The order is co-finalized by the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Programme of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship 2014-2020, III priority axis Digital Region, Action 3.1 Digital availability of public sector information and high quality of public e-services.
