1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in:

1) collecting municipal waste from owners of inhabited and mixed properties (partly inhabited and partly uninhabited);

2) equipping Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points, hereinafter referred to as "PSZOK", with containers for waste collection and transferring this waste for management;

3) the supply of containers for furniture and other bulky waste and used tyres and the transfer of this waste for management;

4) management of municipal waste referred to in points 1 – 3;

5) providing containers for municipal waste;

6) implementation of an electronic control system for waste collected at PSZOK.
