Hôtel du Département / Préfecture - project management mission for the renovation and restoration of the exteriors

This contract will include a basic building mission (Aps - apd - pro - exe 1 and 2 - act - det - aor in accordance with articles R2431-4 and 2431-5 of the Public Procurement Code, with the following additional missions:- the diagnosis of technical and architectural elements (Diag) and- scheduling, management and coordination (OPC)The provisional delivery date of the building works is set for July 2026.The cost of the works is estimated at 2,600,000 euro(s) (excluding VAT).
