In the emergency shelter Alfred-Fischer-Halle live people with very different problems that require special attention. In addition to complete families with children of all ages, adult individuals are also accommodated.
In both groups of people, a considerable potential for aggression can occur due to existing post-traumatic stress disorder or other mental illnesses or alcohol or drug dependence. This regularly leads to threats against other residents or employees as well as to aggressive behaviour or a threat to public order.
