The purpose of this contract is to carry out the development and planting work.

- the preparatory work and the demolitions / various depositions,

- earthworks for cashing structures, setting up structures, leveling and general modeling of the ground,

- road works, sidewalks and parking areas,

- the work of various networks (Lighting, drinking water supply, LV electricity, CCTV) and stormwater sanitation,

- supply and installation of furniture,

- Coordination as necessary between the 2 owners of the lots.

- supply and placement of topsoil

- soil amendment, provision, including cultivation contract if necessary, planting and maintenance of trees, grasses, perennials, vines, cover soil and shrubs.
