The Council currently operates a General Building Maintenance Framework Agreement, this was established in August 2014 but has closed early due to reaching its value limit. There were 6 contractors on that agreement. The Council is therefore looking to establish a new Framework Agreement for general building maintenance services. The types of work within scope consist of the both planned and reactive maintenance works at addresses within Corby Borough Council Housing stock. Works also include kitchen unit replacements that will be supplied directly the Corby Borough Council to the Contractor for installation.
This is an Open Tender to establish a framework agreement. Suppliers which pass the Standard Selection Questionnaire will be awarded a place on the framework agreement according to their tender evaluation score. The supplier placed 1st on the agreement will be invited to undertake work first, if they are unable to take on the work, the Council will move to the 2nd placed supplier and so on.
