The European Central Bank (ECB) sought through this procedure suppliers for the provision of transportation services by vehicles of different sizes as well as chauffer services with ECB vehicles to ensure the mobility of its staff and high-level visitors.

The European Central Bank (ECB) awarded four contracts under this negotiated procedure, respectively: two contracts with ranking under lot 1 (‘Bus/group transportation services’), one contract under lot 2 (‘Pre-booked cars with chauffeur for executives’) and one contract under lot 3 (‘Temporary executive chauffer services’).

Provision of bus transfer services for groups (mainly for 10-50 persons).

Provision of pre-booked transfer services by car with chauffer for high-level visitors and other VIP persons, mainly between Frankfurt airport, hotels in the Frankfurt area and the ECB premises in Frankfurt am Main. Via this service, the ECB may also require occasional transfers between Frankfurt am Main and other German cities, as well as cities in Belgium, Luxembourg and France.

Deployment of professional chauffeurs for the provision of executive chauffeur services in ECB-owned cars and minivans, on the basis of temporary labour.
