The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of mobile racks, with an estimated amount of 15,500 (fifteen thousand five hundred) running meters of utility shelves, hereinafter referred to as "Racks", to the archive of the newly built building of the Częstochowa-Północ District Court in Częstochowa at 80/90 Św. Rocha Street. A detailed technical description of the Racks is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The designed arrangement of the Racks is presented in the drawing constituting Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ. Offered Racks must be brand new and unused, come from current production. The Contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service of the Racks, in accordance with the provisions of the Detailed Technical Description and the draft contract in this respect.

1) The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of mobile racks, with an estimated amount of 15 500 (fifteen thousand five hundred) running meters of utility shelves, hereinafter referred to as "Racks", to the archive of the newly built building of the District Court Częstochowa-Północ in Częstochowa at Św. Rocha 80/90 Street. A detailed technical description of the Racks is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The designed arrangement of the Racks is presented in the drawing constituting Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ. Offered Racks must be brand new and unused, come from current production. The Contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service of the Racks, in accordance with the provisions of the Detailed Technical Description and the draft contract in this respect.

2) The scope of the order includes:

a) Development of a workshop design of Racks. The workshop project is subject to agreement with the Ordering Party.

b) Production of Racks according to the approved/accepted workshop design and delivery to the building of the Częstochowa-Północ District Court, located in Częstochowa at Św. Rocha 80/90 Street, along with unloading, bringing to the destination, in accordance with the design documentation in the field of arranging the equipment of the archive rooms, as well as assembly. Assembly should be understood as the installation of complete and ready-to-use Racks, taking into account their adaptation to the rooms in which they will be used and to the elements located in these rooms.

The execution of the workshop design as well as the production and assembly of the Racks will be preceded by appropriate measurements "from nature" at the expense of the Contractor.

5) Description of the item of the order.

(a) a detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided by Annexes No 1 and No 1.1. to the SWZ;

Appendix No. 1.1. is an element of the design documentation of the investment task entitled "Construction of the building of the District Court Częstochowa-Północ in Częstochowa at Św. Rocha 80/90 Street", bearing the designation:

AW_ZE_10_01 – Interior design – floor 02 (1 drawing);

b) in the event that the Ordering Party in the description of the subject of the contract specifies the permissible margin of tolerance or the minimum range of required technical parameters – the parameters of the offered Racks should be within the ranges and tolerances indicated by the Ordering Party in Annexes No. 1 and No. 1.1. to the SWZ under pain of rejection of the offer.

c) all possible tolerances allowed by the Ordering Party regarding the Racks are specified in Appendices No. 1 and No. 1.1. to the SWZ.
