The tender concerns the provision of technical advice and assistance as turnkey consultancy in connection with the establishment of a new municipal dental clinic in Nyborg.

The tender is conducted as a restricted tender in accordance with Title II of the Public Procurement Act and cf. sections 58-60 of the Public Procurement Act (Act no. 1564 of 15 December 2015), which means that the tender is carried out in two phases, an application phase and an offer phase.

Any interested tenderer may submit an application to participate in the invitation to tender. Tenders for the assignment can only be submitted if you have been selected through the prequalification (application phase). Contracting entity will pre-qualify up to 5 applicants.

The task includes technical advice and assistance in connection with the preparation of a municipal dental clinic, inspired by the attached Appendix 2 - Outline proposal

We must build with great focus on economy, in materials that last, with low maintenance and integration of environmentally and energy-friendly solutions. In the initial phase of the project, the turnkey consultant must prepare proposals for how the building can be made sustainable. The proposal must be able to comply with LCA calculations in relation to BR's voluntary CO2 class for 2023 (8 kg CO2eq/m2/year). A financial perspective is requested for this.

Based on this, Nyborg Municipality will decide which sustainable initiatives the construction will be carried out with.

The craft services are expected to be carried out in trade or large contracts in accordance with AB 18.

The financial framework for the total estimated craft services for building works including fixed and loose furniture, terrain and parking, surveys, client deliveries, contingencies and relocation amounts to approx. DKK 33.3 million excl. VAT.
