On the basis of the Real Estate Valuation Act, the municipal executive is charged with the implementation of the WOZ Act. This execution includes all activities that are necessary to arrive at a valuation of the WOZ value of all immovable and movable property in the entire municipalities. The municipalities cannot carry out all this work themselves. This requires support from a specialized valuation agency.
