Delivery of a compactor for ZZO Olszów

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a compactor, free from physical and legal defects.

2. The Ordering Party requires that the delivered compactor is brand new, the year of manufacture not later than 2023.

3. Delivery of the object of the order will be made to the office of the Ordering Party at: Olszowa Street 55, 63-600 Kępno within the time limit indicated in the tender form, drawn up in accordance with Annex 3 to the SWZ.

4. The Contracting Authority shall not permit the delivery of a prototype device.

5. The Ordering Party requires a guarantee not less than in operating hours in the amount of 2,000 or for the period indicated in the Offer Form, but not shorter than 24 months, whichever passes faster; the warranty period begins on the day following the date of signing the delivery acceptance protocol (in accordance with the provisions of the draft provisions of the contract – Annex 4 to the SWZ). In accordance with the provisions of the Draft provisions of the contract – the period of warranty for defects in the subject of the contract specified in art. 568 of the Civil Code is the same as the period of the guarantee granted by the contractor.

6. The vehicle should be adjusted for operation during the entire calendar year under climatic conditions corresponding to all seasons.

7. The vehicle should be ready for continuous operation during 2 shifts, i.e. at least 13 hours a day for at least 5 days a week, but the real time of its work may be shorter.

8. The Contracting Authority shall require the external noise level to comply with the standards in force.

9. The detailed scope of the contract is described in the annex to this SWZ - OPZ.
