The contract to be awarded is defined as follows:

The Contractor must provide the schools of the municipality of Westerwolde with educational resources that are relevant to primary education. Learning resources are understood to mean:

• (digital) methods, licenses and learning resources;

• School, consumption and writing materials for students;

• manual skill material;

• game and development material.

The schoolyard material and school furniture fall outside the scope of this assignment.

The (maximum) size of the assignment is € 350,000 including VAT over 4 years. The scope of the assignment has been determined as accurately as possible. If the specified scope is realized earlier than the end date of the framework agreement, the contract will be re-tendered (prematurely). No rights can be derived from this amount.
