3.1. The subject of the order is "Improvement of energy efficiency of lighting in the Mikołów Commune - stage II" - replacement of existing energy-consuming street lighting luminaires with LED luminaires "

a) replacement of 1154 existing energy-consuming street lighting luminaires with energy-saving LED luminaires on existing poles, in accordance with STWIOR.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex A to the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Contract.

a) replacement of 1154 existing energy-consuming street lighting luminaires with energy-saving LED luminaires on existing poles, in accordance with STWIOR, including:

857 pcs. Assembly of new LED road luminaires, including:

- 359 pieces with a light color of 3000 K,

- 498 pcs, color 4000 K.

297 pcs. Assembly of new park luminaires including:

- 174 luminaires with transparent round lampshade ø 400 mm painted black from the middle upwards, luminaires with a light source LED bulb with E 27 thread, light color in the range 2800-3000 K,

- 112 pcs of fittings with a transparent round lampshade with a diameter of ø 400 mm painted black from half down, luminaires with a light source LED bulb with E 27 thread, light color in the range 2800-3000 K,

- 11 pcs of cones with a transparent cone-shaped lampshade, with a light source LED bulb with E 27 thread, light color in the range 2800-3000 K;

b) due to the inability to install new park luminaires on existing poles, it is necessary to make 53 pieces of steel tube base with a diameter of ø 60 mm, height 70 mm, thickness 3-4 mm, welded to the base of a disc of diameter ø 100 mm 1.5 to 2.5 mm thick with a hole drilled in the middle with a diameter of ø 12-20 mm to insert the power supply cable for the new luminaire. Also in the base, 3 holes ø 4 mm in diameter should be made to screw the base in question to the base of the post - applies to streets: Stefana Okrzei 12 pcs, Powstańców Śląskich - 8 pcs, Ks. Józef Szafranka - 10 items, Skotnica - 7 items, Saint. Wojciecha from ul. Krakowska to ul. Okrzei - 12 items, St. Wojciech at the church of Our Lady of the Snows - 4 pcs.

The dimensions of the base are shown in the drawing of the pole base for mounting the park luminaire in plans a) and b);

c) 641 road luminaires listed in the LED luminaire replacement list, marked in green, should be adapted and started with the existing remote control system, while 216 road luminaires of this combination (marked in white) should be equipped with additional caps (jumpers) ) mounted directly on the NEMA socket, which plays the role of switching the luminaire's power supply to work with rated power, as well as protecting the luminaire against moisture;

d) performing luminance measurements for 7 places indicated by the Employer after completing the subject of the order, before final acceptance.

3.1.1. The total power of the installed LED fittings may not exceed 75.35 kW.

Note: the columns in blue for replacing luminaires with LEDs relate to maximum powers in given locations that cannot be exceeded.
