This contract concerns the acquisition of new or used vehicles, as part of the program to replace and extend the vehicle fleet of the City of Vannes and the CCAS, for the years 2023 to 2027.

This consultation is jointly launched by the City of Vannes and the municipal centre for social action of Vannes in the form of a grouping of orders. The City of Vannes is the coordinator of the grouping.

To have an efficient purchasing capacity throughout the year, the City of Vannes has decided to use the purchasing technique of "Dynamic Acquisition Systems" (Sad).

This acquisition system covers the purchase of new and used vehicles. This need has been broken down into categories.

It will allow for a period of 4 years to solicit from approved companies an offer for the purchase of new and used vehicles. These consultations will lead to what the regulation calls "specific markets".

Category 1: Commercial vehicles such as new vans

Category 2: Commercial vehicles such as used vans

Class 3: New Light-Duty Vehicles and Vans

Class 4: Used Light Vehicles and Vans
