The district of Lower Franconia intends to award architectural services for the construction of the properties in the area of Schweinfurt /Werneck/Bad Kissingen in the district of Lower Franconia for the years 2022 to 2025.
The property area District of Schweinfurt /Werneck /Bad Kissingen consist of:
— District Hospital and Homes, Schloss Werneck,
— Thoraxzentrum district of Lower Franconia with Haus Windsburg, Münnerstadt,
— Nursing home Schloss Römershag, Bad Brückenau,
— Day clinic, Schweinfurt,
— Museums Schloss Aschach, Bad Bocklet-Aschach.
Essentially, these are building construction measures for hospitals and homes, or cf. objects.
The services are to be provided for smaller new construction projects as well as renovations, conversions, modernisation, maintenance and repair measures with a total cost volume of approximately EUR 50 to 500 gross in individual cases.
The measures may be limited to a single construction structure or may include several contiguous structures of different technical plans.
The object of the procedure is the object planning of buildings and interiors as a framework agreement
— Object planning/Architectural services according to HOAI 2021 Part 3, Section 1, §§ 34 ff,
— basic services of LPH 1-9 according to § 34 HOAI,
— the framework contract is concluded for a period of 4 years with the option of extending it for another 2 years,
— each individual action shall be carried out as a specific contract within the framework contract,
— The Client reserves the right to limit the commissioning to partial services per LPH or special services in accordance with Appendix 10.1 HOAI, depending on the requirements per individual measure,
— There is no legal entitlement to the assignment of all basic and/or special services.
Note:
With the entry into force of the new version of the HOAI 2021 on January 1, 2021, the binding to minimum and maximum rates is lifted. The fee tables of the HOAI 2021 show orientation values.
The fee is based on the agreement that the contracting parties make in writing.
The Client points out that, in accordance with Section 7 of the HOAI, a fee higher or lower than the orientation values specified in the royalties of the HOAI can be agreed. Unless an agreement has been made, the respective basic allowances for the basic services shall be deemed agreed.
