The invitation to tender concerns the delivery of an excavator on wheels with a weight of approx. 15 tonnes (operational weight approx. 17 - 18 tonnes). The machine must be used for sorting and reloading waste at a sorting plant.

The value of the procurement is estimated to NOK 2.4 million excluding VAT. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that it is not suitable for this agreement.

Contract

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.

The contract period is from and including 2022-06-20.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer.

The contracting authority expects that tenderers are familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
