The subject of the contract is the supply of new granulated activated carbon based on coconut tree for ZUW Goczałkowice.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of new activated activated carbon granulated on the basis of coconut tree for ZUW Goczałkowice.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex 5 to SWZ.

3. Detailed conditions for the execution of the Order are included in Annex 6 to the SWZ.

4. The evidence in question shall:

4.1. In order to demonstrate that the offered Product complies with the requirements set out in Appendix No. 5 to SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party requests that the Contractor submit together with the offer the following means of proof:

1) Current hygienic certificate issued by the National Institute of Public Health – National Institute of Hygiene allowing the product for use in water intended for human consumption;

2) Technical specification of the offered product.

Note: The technical specification should confirm compliance with all the requirements set out in point 3 of Annex 5 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract.

4.2. The Contracting Authority reserves that if the Contractor fails to submit the evidence referred to above, or if the evidence in question proves to be incomplete, the Contractor shall be requested, pursuant to Article 107(2) of the Act, to submit or supplement them within the prescribed period.
