Food preparation services including lease of kitchen premises

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive all-day catering service for patients in the District Hospital in Sejny and the Nursing and Care Facility in Sejny together with the lease of kitchen rooms, consisting in:

- preparing meals for patients in the kitchen located in the building of the District Hospital in quantities resulting from the number of hospitalized patients, taking into account the requirements of the Ordering Party

- distribution of meals will take place by a kitchen elevator to hospital wards in thermoses and containers intended for this purpose, which will be provided by the Contractor

- lease of kitchen rooms by the Contractor,

- portioning of meals will take place in ward cookers by the Ordering Party's staff.

2. The Ordering Party shall specify the expected number of man-days during the performance of the contract at 70 per day. The Ordering Party reserves that this average is based on predictions related to the previous activity of the Ordering Party and is used only to calculate the price of the offer.

3. All services performed must comply with HACCP procedures, GMP Good Hygienic Practice and the principles of the ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System.

4. The Contractor undertakes to perform the services being the subject of the contract, using modern methods and with due diligence, on the basis of rooms, equipment and equipment leased from the Ordering Party.

5. In the case of hospital kitchen modernization processes by the Ordering Party, the Ordering Party requires in this proceeding to adapt the organization of the Contractor's work to the current needs of the Ordering Party related to the renovation of the hospital kitchen, reconstruction, modernization.

6. At the time of the announcement of the tender, the date of the renovation works is not known.

7. Works related to the modernization of the kitchen rooms will be carried out in the active facility of the Hospital. Due to the need to exclude the kitchen from operation for this period, the Contractor will be obliged during the modernization, construction and renovation works of the kitchen to provide meals from the spare kitchen that the Contractor has.

8. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor has a spare kitchen located at a distance allowing for the delivery of meals to the Hospital in Sejny and ZPO in Sejny in a time not exceeding 60 minutes.

9. A spare kitchen that will produce meals for the needs of patients of the Ordering Party bear be entered in the Register of Establishments subject to official control of the authorities of the State Sanitary Inspection as a catering production plant and have implemented and maintained a quality system iso 22000:2018 certified by an accredited external body or an equivalent system for the production of meals.
