1. The object of the order is the joint purchase of active electricity for the municipality of Pisz and the organizational units of the municipality Pisz.
2. The scope of the order includes the sale of electricity up to 347 power collection points for power pumping stations, wells, tourist facilities, schools, skylights, office buildings and street lighting. For a detailed list and characteristics of the reception points, see Annex 4 to the Specification of the Terms of Order (hereinafter referred to as “SWZ”).
3. The item of the order was not divided into parts. The analysis of the needs and requirements carried out by the Contracting Party shows that by carrying out one invitation to tender the Contracting Party may obtain more favourable pricing conditions than by conducting a tender procedure for each subordinate entity in the municipality of Pisz.

2. The contractual capacity for all electricity consumption points shall be 4,490,3 kW (in months I, II, III, IV, X, XI, XII) and 4,405,3 kW (in months V, VI, VII, VIII, IX) broken down by tariff groups:
1) B 23 — 715 kW (in months I, II, III, IV, X, XI, XII); 630 kW (in months V, VI, VII, VIII, IX);
2) C11 —1,956.6 kW;
3) C12a — 283,2 kW;
4) C12b — 1,199.5 kW;
5) C21 — 289 kW;
6) G11 — 47 kW.
3. The estimated amount of electricity supplied during the period of 1 month shall be 450 786,00 kWh (450,786 MWh) broken down by consumption in the following tariff groups:
1) for electricity collection points accounted for in tariff group B 23 the pre-south peak — 43 068 kWh;
2) for electricity collection points accounted for in tariff group B 23 afternoon peak — 31,142 kWh;
3) for electricity collection points accounted for in tariff group B 23 remaining hours of the day — 162 078 kWh;
4) for electricity collection points accounted for in tariff group C 11 — 67 186 kWh;
5) for electricity collection points accounted for in tariff group C 12a peak zone — 5 141 kWh;
6) for electricity collection points accounted for in tariff group C 12a non-peak zone — 11 973 kWh;
7) for electricity collection points accounted for in tariff group C 12b, daily zone — 36 310 kWh;
8) for electricity collection points accounted for in tariff group C 12b night zone 75 109 kWh;
9) for electricity collection points accounted for in tariff group C 21 — 18 203 kWh;
10) for electricity collection points accounted for in tariff group G11 — 576 kWh.
4. The Contracting Authority declares that the forecast of electricity consumption indicated above represents only an approximate value which, during the execution of the contract, may be increased or reduced in relation to the projections of the individual end customers. Regardless of the volume of consumption, the contractor shall, in any case, apply the energy prices offered in the tender. The Contractor shall not assert any financial claims from the Contractor or final customers if, during the term of the contract, the contracting or final customers purchase less or more electricity from the contractor.
