the contract is awarded according to the technique of the framework agreement executed by purchase orders, without minimum amount and with maximum amount, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. The Framework Agreement will be awarded to a single economic operator per lot (single-awardee framework agreement). The services covered by the framework agreement concern all watercourses, banks, access and easements of passage,, basins, dams and hydraulic works, various plots, present or future, belonging, transferred or delegated in management to the EPTB, in connection with the competences of the association (flood prevention (Pi), management of aquatic environments (Gema), groundwater monitoring, etc.), in the territory specified for each lot

the maximum annual amount is 220,000 euro (s) HT (1-year contract renewable 3 times for the same duration)
