The subject of the order is Receiving and transporting for the development of municipal waste from the owners of property located in the Municipality of Zator during the period from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022 in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (text jedn. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended) and the records of the Waste Management Plan for the Lesser Poland Voivodeship.
Total forecast amount of waste during the order fulfillment period — 4.513 Mg.
The Contractor shall ensure the collection of all municipal waste from the municipality, generated during the period of execution of the order, i.e. from 01.01.2022r. to 31.12.2022r.
The Contracting Authority provides for the award of contracts pursuant to Article 214 (1) (7) of the Law of Public Procurement (up to 10% of the basic contract).
The subject of the contract shall include in particular the performance of services in the field of:
a/ receiving municipal waste (including segregated) from property owners on which residents reside - total forecast amount of waste during the order execution period — 4.513 Mg.
b/ the collection of municipal waste from property owners on which residents do not reside, and municipal waste is created, the number of properties on which residents do not reside and municipal waste is 245,
c/ transport and transfer to the management of municipal waste in accordance with applicable law,
- to arrange the collection of waste from repair, large-sized waste and green waste, kitchen waste, hazardous waste, electrowaste and tyres as a substitute for running a selective waste collection point under the conditions laid down in this SWZ,
- compulsory record-keeping in this reporting,
- supply of bags for collecting municipal waste in the assortment and quantity specified in the SWZ,
d/ the provision during the period of the contract of information services to residents related to the subject matter consistent with the subject of the contract,
e/ running a selective collection point of municipal waste in Zatora at 57B Wadowicka Street.
f/ and the performance of other work necessary for the proper execution of the order.
The Contractor shall undertake to receive the actual amount of waste, varying downward or upward from the forecast.

The Contracting Authority informs that in the pre-tendering procedure for the use of waste from the contract in question, the choice of the most favourable offer was made and the signing of a waste management contract with the Municipal Installation for Waste Processing in Oświęcim, Nadwiślańska 36. Wherever the Ordering Party gives the name Installation for Waste Processing should only mean the installation indicated by the Ordering Party, i.e. the Landfill of Municipal Waste Sp. z o.o. in Oświęcim, Nadwiślańska 36 Street, 32-600 Oświęcim.
The Contracting Authority shall request that the Contractor indicate the part of the contract to which the performance intends to entrust the subcontractors This indication will be made in the offer form. The absence of such information will mean that the entire contract will be carried out by the Contractor.
The Contracting Authority, in accordance with Article 95 of the Pzp Act, requires employment under an employment contract by the contractor or subcontractor of persons performing the following activities in the course of the execution of the contract:
— drivers of vehicles and loaders.
