This requirement is for the provision of services to install, commission, and certify a satellite communications system into an EC135 helicopter. The purpose of the installation is to provide an operational evaluation platform to allow potential users to evaluate the suitability of the communications system against their operational roles. This will be accomplished by a series of flight trials (estimated to be 7 sorties each of 1 hour duration).
