Hyde is seeking to establish a single source Framework Agreement to appoint a Contractor for the provision of Occupational Health services. The framework will run for 4 years and Hyde is seeking to contract with the preferred Bidder for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 12 months. The Contractor appointed will deliver a cost-effective Occupational Health Service which maximises value for money through the delivery of timely, effective, modern and quality services across Hyde' s regional base to its c.1 200 employees. The use of this service is not mandatory and Hyde cannot guarantee volume.
