The procurement comprises purchase of fue in briquette form for the Police Academy's Department in Kongsvinger. The supplier shall deliver briquettes of waste wood without the inclusion of foreign objects or additives.

Estimated volume of the contract: Annual consumption is expected to be 400 tons per year. In the winter when the need is greatest in the winter the selected supplier must have the capacity to deliver 45 tons every 14 days.
