The object of the award is an order for personnel transfer of railway-specific activities to all DB Group companies, primarily DB Regio AG and DB Cargo AG. These personnel services are provided as a classic employee leasing according to the AÜG. With the conclusion of the procurement procedure HF3/21/006, framework contracts are to be concluded for the period 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2024, with an optional extension of the contract by one year.

The aim of the procurement procedure is to list companies in the field of personnel assignment and the formation of a supplier pool to cover personnel requirements in the area of railway-specific activities (e.g. train shunting drivers, carriage masters, train drivers) in the DB Group.

This framework agreement regulates the option of making an enquiry and commissioning by the client if necessary and following the conclusion of temporary employee contracts (“individual contracts”) on the terms of this framework agreement between the customer and the contractor. There is no obligation to exercise this option.
