Object of the assignment:

Transport of residual waste by water

Explanation:

EcoWerf wants to reduce road transport and dispose of 75% of residual waste via water transport. The residual waste must be transported from the quay on the Dijlekanaal from EcoWerf (Wilsele) to Biostoom (Beringen-Albertkanaal).

Explanation of the procedure:

The procedure consists of 3 parts. The first part, the selection phase, is used to select candidates who meet the proposed selection criteria. Only selected persons can submit an offer on the basis of these specifications. The tenders are evaluated (part 2). In the third part, negotiations may or may not continue in order to arrive at the best solution.
