Description:
Development of design documentation and construction works for reconstruction of district heating chambers in Lewobrzeż Szczecin together with sanitary, teletechnical, electrical and ACPiA infrastructure

The subject of the Order is:

1) Implementation on the basis of the Design Documentation provided by the Contracting Authority and in accordance with the provisions of the TSPACW for the sanitary, electrical, teletechnical and AkpiA systems of pressure control in chambers A52, T6, T13, K18 and D36 on discards from the bus networks in the direction of the residential networks on Levobrzeż Szczecin.

2) Design and subsequent reconstruction of heating chambers in Lewobrzeż Szczecin. The purpose of the task is to perform the reconstruction of the heating chambers A39at Independence al. and D43-37 at Bandurskiego Street in Szczecin.The scope of the development should include the sanitary, teletechnical, electrical and ACPiA industries and general construction work.

Construction work should be carried out with the restoration of the site, and then draw up documentation of the building. Recreation work on sites managed by the ZDiTM should be carried out in accordance with the conditions described in Order 40/2014issued by the Director of ZDiTM in Szczecin from 15.10.2014.

The subject of the Order is:

3) Execution on the basis of the Design Documentation provided by the Ordering Party and in accordance with the provisions of the TSPACW for the sanitary, electrical, teletechnical and AkpiA systems of pressure control in chambers A52, T6, T13, K18 and D36 on discards from the bus networks in the direction of the network settlements in Lewobrzeż Szczecin.

4) Design and subsequent reconstruction of heating chambers in Lewobrzeż Szczecin. The aim of the task is to perform the reconstruction of the heating chambers A39 at NieIndependence and D43-37 at Bandurskiego Street in Szczecin. The scope of the development should include the sanitary, teletechnical, electrical and ACPiA industries and general development work.

Construction work should be carried out with the restoration of the site, and then a post-construction documentation is made. Recreation work on sites managed by ZDiTM should be carried out in accordance with the conditions described in Order 40/2014 issued by the Director of ZDiTM in Szczecin dated 15.10.2014. The detailed scope of the object of the order shall be defined by Annexes No. 10 to 15.
