New fire brigade Möglingen - Planning competition object planning

The municipality of Möglingen is planning the construction of a new fire station. The existing fire station in the town centre no longer meets current requirements. After examining various options, it was decided to use a plot of land on the outskirts of the village for a new fire brigade with a total of six parking spaces for the current requirements.

For this measure, object planning services for LPH 1-8 are required in accordance with § 34 HOAI.

The object planning services are put out to tender in a Europe-wide, three-stage negotiated procedure:

- Stage 1: Prequalification procedure with selection of 15 participants to participate in Level 2

- Stage 2: Architectural competition with 15 participants based on the RPW

- Level 3: Negotiated procedure (approx. 3 - 5 participants)

The application for participation must be used to submit the declaration of participation. This is enclosed with the tender documents. The prompts are described in detail here. The competition will be made available to the participants of stage 2 of the procedure in good time. The winner of the 3-step procedure is determined at the end of stage 3. The contract is expected to be awarded in the second quarter of 2024. The client intends to commission the object planning in stages.
