The purpose of this tender is to conclude a Framework Agreement with a Contractor that can provide coffee for the employees and guests of the Client at its locations in Arnhem. The current coffee machines are technically and economically in need of replacement.

The Framework Agreement will be concluded with the Tenderer who has submitted a Tender with the best value for money.

The client wants a coffee concept in which taste and experience go hand in hand. The Assignment will in any case consist of:

- supplying vending machines as described in the Schedule of Requirements,

- fixed rental price per machine during the initial term of the Agreement,

- fixed maintenance price per machine during the initial term of the Agreement and optional extension,

- supplying ingredients,

- corrective and preventive maintenance,

- handling of second-line failures,

- control of costs.

The aforementioned subjects are specified in the Schedule of Requirements (Appendix 6).

Outside the assignment:

- support in first-line failures,

- daily maintenance (cleaning) and refilling the coffee machines,

- vending machines,

- soup.
