The contract aims at the appointment of a service provider for preventive and curative maintenance, driving, monitoring and troubleshooting for collective boilers and specific technical collective equipment such as: heating and domestic hot water production installations, solar thermal installations, heating water and domestic hot water treatment installations (softeners), gas detection, blower installations and all related accessories.

The service provider is authorized to intervene in all the buildings covered by this contract, both in the common areas and in the private portions. Interventions in the common (distribution) and private areas will be the subject, depending on the breakdowns, of a detailed estimate from the service provider and an order form from the client.

Non-maintenance and breakdown services are also provided and mainly concern repair or improvement work on technical equipment, in boiler rooms and other common areas, as well as in housing.

The technical requirements to be met by the services are set out in the technical clauses.

The list of sites and community facilities and their locations is included in the inventory in annexes 3, 4 and 5.
