Breads, pastries and pastries

All goods will be delivered fresh; In no case may they be frozen before delivery.

Invoicing: 1 invoice per order or 1 monthly invoice - to be agreed between the firm and the CPAS.

Frequency of delivery: 1 time per day between 6h30 and 7h00 (7 days / 7).

In case of troubleshooting, delivery within one hour.

Any goods that will be refused will be compulsorily replaced the same day.

Legal requirements to be complied with in relation to the products supplied

1. The successful tenderer undertakes to respect the regulations in force and any new regulations that come into force and govern the manufacture and marketing of the products or articles supplied. The Laws and Orders listed below, as well as the information extracted from these texts, are given for information purposes only and are not exhaustive.

2. The tenderer undertakes to comply with all the conditions set out in the regulations. For this purpose, it shall, if necessary, take all information from the manufacturers of the products concerned.

Authorization and general requirements for hygiene

The successful tenderer must have applied for and obtained the authorization (Royal Decree of 16 January 2006).

The tenderer must be able to specify, on request, the date of the last visit of the Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain of the Ministry of Public Health.

The tenderer must comply with all the general and specific hygiene conditions relating to its establishment and to the transport conditions described in the European Regulation n o 852/2004.

Labeling

Prepackaged products must be labeled in accordance with the Royal Decree of 13 September 1999 on the labeling of prepackaged foods.

Supplier's responsibility

The successful tenderer is responsible for his supplies - Law of 25 February 1991 on the liability for defective products - until the moment when the inspection operations are carried out on receipt, except in cases where the causes or the losses or Damages occurring in the consignee's deposits are due to a case of force majeure, a fortuitous event or fault attributable to the administration.

REGULATION (EC) No 852/2004 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 29 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs

This regulation specifies, inter alia, that:

CHAPTER II Obligations of food business operators

Article 3: "General Obligation

Food business operators shall ensure that all stages of the production, processing and distribution of food under their responsibility comply with the relevant hygiene requirements laid down in this Regulation. '

Royal Decree of 22 DECEMBER 2005 relating to the hygiene of foodstuffs

Royal Decree of 13 September 1999 on the labeling of prepackaged foods. This RA specifies, inter alia, that (Article 2. § 1.):

'Without prejudice to the special provisions relating to certain particulars which must appear on the labeling of certain foodstuffs, it is forbidden to put on the market pre-packaged foodstuffs which do not bear the following information under the conditions and under ... ( see market documents)


Potatoes - short circuit

All goods will be delivered fresh; In no case may they be frozen before delivery.

Invoicing: 1 invoice per order or 1 monthly invoice - to be agreed between the firm and the CPAS.

Frequency of delivery: once a week - to be agreed with the CPAS - from 7h to 8h except public holidays.

Indicate the origin of the products offered.

Any goods that will be refused will be compulsorily replaced the same day.

Short circuit: A short circuit is understood to mean the intermediaries between the farmer and the consumer or the processor. More specifically, a short circuit is a method of marketing agricultural or horticultural products, whether raw or processed, in which at most one intermediary intervenes between the producer and the consumer (RW / DGO3). Given its definition, the short circuit leads to a geographical and relational proximity between the producer and the consumer. It promotes fresh, local and seasonal products, grown in an environmentally friendly way and in good working conditions for the producers, of differentiated quality.
