The subject of the contract is the granting of a long-term loan for the repayment of previously incurred liabilities due to loans and credits taken out for the Municipality of Inowrocław in the amount of PLN 2,871,082.25.
Due to the limited number of characters that can be included in the content of the advertisement, I would like to inform you that all details are specified in the content of the SWZ.
The detailed scope of the subject of the order shall include in particular:
(1) Timing of the start-up of the loan: after signing the contract
(2) Loan repayment period:
interest payment: on the 15th of each month from the date of signing the contract
repayment of capital installments: from 15.01.2023 – 15.12.2031
(3) Monthly instalments in accordance with SWZ Section I, point 16.5
(4) Disbursement of the loan in one tranche – immediately after signing the contract
For the sole purpose of calculating the bid price and a fair comparison of the bids submitted, the following deadline for the payment of the first tranche shall be set by 15 August 2022. The payment of the first tranche will take place at the request of the Ordering Party.
The period of starting the loan tranche may change slightly at the written request of the Ordering Party.
(5) Possibility of early repayment of the loan at no additional cost,
(6) The possibility of using the loan in a smaller amount, adapted to current needs, without having to incur any costs,
(7) No other credit costs,
(8) Repayment of principal and interest on the loan monthly (up to 15 months) starting from:
- capital installments: from 15 January 2023
- interest installments: after signing the contract
The Bank shall inform the Ordering Party in writing (e.g. e-mail, fax) about the amount of interest to be paid on the part of the loan used, at least 5 days before the payment date.
In the event that the payment deadline falls on a non-working day, the next working day shall be considered as compliance with the deadline.
(9) The purchaser reserves the right to use all or part of the planned credit without incurring additional fees.
(10) The purchaser is entitled to make an early repayment of the credit or part thereof without incurring any charges in this respect. In the case of early repayment of part of the loan, the loan period remains unchanged unless the Ordering Party (Borrower) submits a different instruction in writing.
