The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting of the collection of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited property located in the municipality of Dębno and its development in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipalities (i.e., the Journal of Laws of 2020. item 1439, as amended), by regulations implementing the abovementioned law and by a resolution in force during the period of implementation of the agreement on the rules of procedure for maintenance of cleanliness and order in the territory of the municipality of Dębno.
A detailed description and method of execution of the order shall be provided by the OPZ, constituting Annex No 9 to the SWZ.
1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the collection of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited property located in the municipality of Dębno and its development in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipalities (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2020 r. 1439, as amended), by regulations implementing the abovementioned law and by a resolution in force during the period of implementation of the agreement on the rules of procedure for maintenance of cleanliness and order in the territory of the municipality of Dębno.
2. The estimated amount of waste to be collected will be 2,709 Mg, including:
(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (code: 20 03 01) — 1,500,00 Mg/year;
(b) municipal waste not listed in other subgroups (code: 20 03 99) — 300 Mg/year;
(c) packs of paper and cardboard (code: 15 01 01) — 25 Mg/year;
(d) mixed packaging waste (code: 15 01 06) — 150 Mg/year;
(e) packs of glass (code: 15 01 07) — 90 Mg/year;
(f) plastic packaging (code: 15 01 02) — 20 Mg/year;
(g) packaging of metals (code: 15 01 04) — 2 Mg/year;
(h) multi-aerial packaging (code: 15 01 05) — 40 Mg/year;
(i) paper and cardboard (code: 20 01 01) — 25 Mg;
(j) glass (code: 20 01 02) — 90 Mg/year;
(k) plastics (code: 20 01 39) — 20 Mg/year;
(l) biodegradable waste (code: 20 02 01) — 65 Mg/year;
(d) large-sized waste (code: 20 03 07) — 350 Mg/year;
(m) consumed electrical and electronic equipment other than those listed in 20 01 21 and 20 01 23 containing dangerous components (code: 20 01 35*) — 1,5 Mg/year;
(m) consumed electrical and electronic equipment other than those listed in 20 01 21, 20 01 23 and 20 01 35 (code: 20 01 36) — 5,5 Mg/year;
(o) consumed tyres (code: 16 01 03) — 25 Mg/year.
Data on the number of residents, the quantity of property (the quantity of bags and waste containers) and the amount of waste are estimates and may change slightly in the course of the subject matter of the contract, provided that the total amount of municipal waste indicated in point 2 is the minimum the size of the contractor's benefit.
A detailed description and method of execution of the order shall be provided by the OPZ, constituting Annex No 9 to the SWZ.
