Maintenance consists in maintaining the installations entrusted to the Contractor with devices for maintenance service in continuous technical efficiency.
The contractor is obliged to regularly carry out periodic inspections of public areas, surroundings and other building elements, immediate determination of emergency conditions and protection of buildings, surroundings and areas. Activities included in the scope of maintenance services relate to sanitary installations including:
1. buildings 100% city ownership: cold, hot water and circulation water installations in its entirety, sewage system in its entirety, excluding access to sanitary facilities in premises, central heating, hydrophore system;
2. communal premises in building being in external administration - installation of a central heating system, cw. from the shut-off valve at the riser to the draw-off points;
3. areas of the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw administrated by the ZGN - storm water drainage installations together with yard and street inlets.
