The object of the contract is the provision of gastronomic care at the academy hotel on the campus of DGUV Akademie Dresden, including the operation of a buffet restaurant (breakfast, lunch and dinner), the bistro “Arte” as an à la carte service and the sports bar. In addition, seminar and event catering for up to a maximum of 69 people as well as services related to the room placement of VIP guests (purchasing and compilation of goods) are also included in accordance with the award documents, in particular the description of service (document B.) and the contract (document C.).

The call for tenders for the overall procurement project is divided into the following lots፦

— Lot 1: campus (this announcement),

— Lot 2: Tagungszentrum Haus 2, event catering:

Provision of catering services in all rooms of the meeting room (house 2) for category III events (from 70 to 500 people).

Lot 2 is kept as a separate call for tenders under the issue number 2021-26-2 and will be published separately in the European Official Journal. Access is made via a separate project room in the German Procurement Portal (DTVP).

At the same time, the AG intends to conclude a separate contract for the operation of the hotel shop in the academy hotel as a concession in the sub-threshold area (procedure number J-Nat-2021-11).
