The community of Kleinmachnow intends to completely renew the public traffic area in the area of the Sommerfeldsiedlung. The measure comprises a total of 13 streets and is to be implemented in 2 construction phases (construction phase A and construction phase B). The municipality of Kleinmachnow is responsible for the construction work and the developer.

For budgetary and public procurement law reasons, the overall measure "Renewal of the public traffic area of the Sommerfeldsiedlung" is to be divided into 2 construction phases (construction phase A and construction phase B) and each of them will be implemented in approx. 4 years.

In the run-up, service phase 3 “draft planning” and service phase 4 “approval planning” have already been completed in full for both construction phases.

The further planning work should be carried out based on the two construction phases in 2 separate parts (Part 1 and Part 2).

The planning service part 1 is currently being tendered. This includes service phase 5 "detailed planning" for both construction phases and service phases 6-9 for construction phase A.

The planning service part 2 is to be tendered and awarded in a separate procedure early on before the end of construction phase A and comprises the work phases 6-9 for construction phase B.

The planning services are based on the HOAI (2021).

The service contents result from the service profile of the HOAI (2021) for the planning area traffic systems and the technical equipment according to Annex 13 to § 47 Paragraph 2, § 48 Paragraph 5 "Basic services in the scope of services traffic systems, special services, object list" and Appendix 15 to §55 paragraph 3, §56 Paragraph 3: "Basic services in the scope of transport facilities, special services, object list". The rain drainage planning is assigned to the traffic system planning.

Local construction supervision and the SiGeKo service in accordance with the list of services listed in the service description under section 2.3.2 are to be offered as “special services”.

The planning services and coordination of the cooperation should begin immediately after the award of the contract.

A kick-off meeting should take place no later than 2 weeks after the award of the contract. If it is not possible to have a personal conversation due to the current pandemic due to Corona, this must be done digitally via a web conference. The handover of interim results must be planned for at least three dates.

The aim is to be able to obtain an award decision for construction phase A by the end of 2021. For this, service phase 7 must be completed by November 29, 2021 and an offer ready for award (including a completed award note) must be available.
