The subject of the contract is the provision of technical advisory services in Road Projects implemented in the PPP system, in selected current corridors and planned motorways and expressways.

Communication between the Employer and Contractors in these proceedings takes place using the shopping platform https://gddkia.eb2b.com.pl.

Due to the limited number of characters in the announcement, detailed information on the procedure is contained in the ToR and annexes made available by the Employer.

The subject of the contract is the provision of technical consultancy services in Road Projects implemented in the PPP system, in selected current corridors and planned motorways and expressways, i.e.

1) The A1 motorway corridor running through Poland;

2) The A2 motorway corridor running through Poland;

3) A4 motorway corridor running through Poland;

4) national roads indicated by the Employer as potentially feasible based on the public-private partnership (PPP) model;

5) other national roads indicated by the Employer.

SUBCONTRACTING AND KEY ORDERS

1) the contracting authority does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to perform key parts of the contract personally,

2) the contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to the subcontractor,

3) the contracting authority requires the Contractor to indicate the part of the contract which it intends to entrust to subcontractors and the Contractor to provide subcontractors, in accordance with point 10.10. IDW,

4) other requirements for subcontracting are set out in Volume II of the ToR (IPU).

DATE OF PERFORMANCE OF THE ORDER

The order will be carried out from the day of signing the contract to 31/12/2022 or until the amount of remuneration has been exhausted, if this time occurs before 31/12/2022.

CURRENCY CONVERSION COURSE

In the event that the Contractor attaches documents containing amounts expressed in currencies other than the Polish zloty to confirm that the conditions for participation in the procedure have been met, the Purchaser will convert them into Polish zlotys. The conversion will be based on the average NBP exchange rate applicable on the date of publication of the notice of the contract in question in the Official Journal of the European Union, subject to the condition described in point 7.2.2) IDW (section III.1.2. Of the announcement) where the average NBP exchange rate applicable on the day of completion of the financial year and the condition described in point 7.2.3) IDW (section III.1.3 of the announcement) where the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland as at the date of conclusion of the Agreement (s) for the implementation of the task / tasks indicated / demonstrated under the condition will be used.
