the consultation concerns major repairs on the roadways of the departmental roads of Morbihan. The department of Morbihan manages 4,000 km of departmental roads, or about 1300 km per technical agency. This framework agreement with purchase orders covers the supply, manufacture, transport and implementation of hot hydrocarbon asphalt and concerns agglomeration sleepers, re-profiling, carpet renewals and non-agglomeration reinforcements. The works will be divided into 4 lots that are based on the administrative structure of the operating sites of the Directorate of Roads, (see site plan of the operating sites). Purchase orders made under this contract will be limited to approximately 1000 tons, for operations above this tonnage, a second market will be used. New works will be the subject of specific contracts launched as operations are programmed.
