“Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste from the Municipality of Skierniewice from inhabited properties and the establishment and operation of the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste”
1.The object of the order is
“Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste from the Municipality of Skierniewice from inhabited properties and the establishment and operation of the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste”. The subject of the contract includes a comprehensive service for the collection and development of municipal waste arising on the property of the Municipality of Skierniewice, on which residents reside, and the establishment and operation of the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste, in a manner that achieving adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, according to the records:
- the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888),
- the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779),
- Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 29 December 2016 on the detailed method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906),
- Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on levels of limitation of mass storage of biodegradable municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412).
- Resolution of the Sejmik of the Łódź Voivodeship No XL/502/17 of 20 June 2017 on the enactment of the Waste Management Plan for Łódź Voivodeship for the years 2016 — 2022, taking into account the years 2023 — 2028.
The object of the order is not covered by the collection and development of municipal waste from the area of Skierniewice from uninhabited properties.
The contract shall include ensuring by the Contractor the delivery of equipment for the collection of waste, i.e. containers to the places indicated by the Contracting Authority.
