Provision of services for annual accounting/auditing services for the years 2022 to 2025 including management reports under German commercial law for the following companies of different legal forms:

- Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG), public law institution, Berlin

- BVG Investment Holding GmbH & Co. KG, Berlin

- BVG Beteiligungsholding Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, Berlin

- BT Berlin Transport GmbH, Berlin

- URBANIS GmbH, Berlin

- IOB International Bus Station Operator Company mbH, Berlin

- BVG Project GmbH, Berlin

- BVG vehicle financing company mbH, Berlin

- BVG training campus (ABC) gGmbH, Berlin,

among others:

- Preparation of certificates (also in English)

- various business audits

- possibly project-related audits

The contract is to be concluded for the period from 01.07.2022 to 30.06.2023 plus the continuation option until a maximum of 30.06.2026.
