— delivery voyage — the transfer of the Oceanic Pintail from the its home port of Barrow-in-Furness to the awarded ship recycling facility;

— post-delivery sale preparation — the detailed cleaning phase and issue of a final cleaning certificate, to be carried out by the ship recycling facility/contractor;

— demolition and recycling — the breaking and recovery of materials and issue of a final recycling certificate) to be carried out by the ship recycling facility/contractor.
