The Kommunale Immobilien Service (KIS) of the city of Potsdam intends to build a new building with a two-field sports hall and canteen on the grounds of schools 37/38. The supporting structure of the new building will be built in wood-concrete hybrid construction.

The subject of the contract is the sanitary installation for a building with the usage units

- Double sports hall with changing rooms and sanitary facilities

- separate sports room with changing rooms and sanitary facilities-

- Mensa with sanitary facilities

- Serving kitchen with scullery. Changing rooms/sanitary facilities for staff

- Project room (student company)

Ground pipes below the floor slab are not part of the services.
