The above-mentioned tender for canteen operations is carried out by Servicemægleren A/S on behalf of the Port of Aarhus as a negotiated procedure in accordance with the Utilities Directive.

The task includes canteen operation in the Port Centre at the Port of Aarhus.

Suppliers are requested to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the tender documents, including in particular the specification of requirements, cf. Appendix B.

Please note that the tender is conducted as a negotiated procedure, but that the Contracting Authority reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial and first tenders submitted.
