The subject of the contract is the purchase of active electricity in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025 for electricity consumption points belonging to the following Contracting Authorities: 1) Municipality of Korczew,
2) Municipality of Mokobody,
3) Paprotnia Municipality,
4) Commune of Przesmyki,
5) Skórzec Municipality,
6) Commune of Suchożebry,
7) Wiśniew Commune,
8) Municipal Cultural Centre in Wiśniewo,
9) Gminna Spółka Komunalna Sp. z o.o. in Wiśniewo,
10) Municipal Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Siedlce,
who form a purchasing group. The subject of the contract was divided into four parts. The performance of the contract within each lot will take place on the basis of a framework agreement concluded with the Municipality, which conducts the tender procedure and executive (purchase) agreements, concluded separately by each of the Contracting Authorities.
