New construction of a three-storey day-care centre with a four-group crèche, a 2-group kindergarten and six residential units on the second floor. The building will be built on an elastically bedded reinforced concrete floor slab. In order to support the outer wall, a single foundation is required in the case of building recess. Due to the presence of groundwater, the partial basement must be designed in watertight construction. Furthermore, due to the high groundwater level during the construction of the basement, a watertight excavation pit shoring (sheet pile wall shoring) is required. In addition, a development core in solid STB construction is planned for the upper floors. Stairs are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete elements. On the upper floors, the building is planned as a timber construction with cross-laminated timber construction in visible quality.
