The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service of municipal waste management from the city and commune of Kórnik, the types and estimated quantities of which are indicated in Chapter III, paragraph 3 of the Description of the Subject of the Order, for a period of 12 consecutive months, starting from the date set by the Ordering Party.

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service of municipal waste management from the area of the City and Commune of Kórnik, which will consist in:

1) accepting municipal waste collected "at source", the types of which are indicated in Chapter III paragraph 3 point 1) of the Description of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter OPZ) in the place indicated and provided by the Contractor for the reception of municipal waste from the municipal waste collection operator, in a manner consistent with the law and the requirements resulting from the procurement documents,

2) accepting municipal waste, the types of which are indicated in Chapter III section 3 point 2) OPZ collected at the Point of Selective Waste Collection, located in the commune of Kórnik in Czołowo (hereinafter "PSZOK") in the place indicated and provided by the Contractor for receiving municipal waste from the operator providing waste transport services from PSZOK, in a manner consistent with the law and the requirements resulting from the procurement documents,

3) processing of accepted municipal waste in recovery (R) and/or disposal (D) processes, in a place of municipal waste management indicated and provided by the Contractor, in a manner consistent with the law and requirements resulting from the procurement documents,

4) implementation of reporting and information obligations,

5) performance of obligations guaranteeing the Ordering Party the possibility of exercising control and verification rights,

6) provision of services and obligations related to the services expressed above in points 1) – 5)
