The offering relates to the purchase of compression stockings for citizens with appropriation under §112 of the Service Act, as well as to municipal nursing depots.

The compression stockings will be procured on the basis of appropriations for visiting citizens of the said municipality.

Purchases for nursing depots are expected to be on a very limited scale and alone will not exceed the tenders threshold.

The expected estimated value over the term of the agreement is: DKK 10,100,000.

Maximum value of the framework agreement for the entire duration of the contract, estimated at: 12.120,000 DKK.

The maximum value of the framework agreement is determined on the basis of the fact that the agreement is covered by §112 of the Services Act, where citizens have free choice, as well as the demographics of several municipalities for citizens over 68 years of age during the term of the agreement to increase by 15-20%.

Therefore, a 20% safety field is added to expected turnover in order to ensure that there is the necessary cover in the maximum value of the framework agreement.

Once this maximum turnover is reached, the tendered framework contract will have exhausted its effects. Both the estimated annual turnover and the maximum turnover for the entire duration of the framework agreement are indicated in the November 2021 price level and therefore the amounts can be regulated under the price regulation of the contract.
