In Karlstraße in Sigmaringen are 8 state-owned properties including the State Archives, Administrative Court, District Court, tax office and used by the police building with obsolete heat generation plants. In the future, heat generation will supply all properties with the highest possible proportion of regeneratively generated energy via a new central heating system.
